TOS:
1. I do not sell my art to be sold as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) do not interact if you want to resell art as an NFT
2. Do not resell my art/custom characters bought from me, this includes commercial use, unless it was previously agreed apon and I gave my permission.
3. I own all rights to my work, do not put images of mine through an AI engine, I do not and will never comcent to this.
4. If you post art I make for you, I expect to be tagged/credited without a tag in any post you make
5. I charge by hour (+$2), but my turn out rate is very short, my style is very simplistic
6. Please provide as many references as needed, it will help me visualize what you want

1. Paypal or Cashapp, please include any fees for transferring the money from app to my account
2. Listed prices are base prices, extra characters will cost extra depending on the cost of the piece.
3. Pay 50% of the total cost after sketch is approved, then the rest of the cost before I send the final (I will send progress pictures every so often so you can critique to your liking)
4. Refunds can be given before final commission is finished but not after, but I will keep 25% of what was payed
5. I have the right to deny service at any point during the commission, I will not continue working with you if you are rude and abrasive
